Supreme Court asks why permanent mechanism cannot be put in place to conduct CLAT like NEET

The apex court pointed to “casual manner” in framing CLAT 2025 questions, issued notice to Education Ministry, and recalled its 2018 judgment flagging persistent organisational flaws in the exam.
