'Mo Bus' will soon roll out in every panchayat of Odisha

Odisha government has decided to extend 'Mo Bus' service to all villages of the state under Lakshmi Yojana to provide hassle-free public transport, Transport Secretary Usha Padi informed on Tuesday.
According to the information, 'My Bus' operated by Capital City Urban Transport (CRUT) will ply between blocks and panchayats.
In the first phase, the service will be available in six districts - Koraput, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Malkangiri, Kalahandi and Gajapati. Padi informed that later this service will be extended to other areas.
“The Lakshmi Yojana will be a game changer. 'My Bus' will cover all Blocks and Gram Panchayats. The scheme aims to provide reliable and affordable services, said Padi.
Earlier on May 18, the Odisha government extended the 'Mo Bus' service in Sambalpur-Jharsuguda-Brajrajnagar-Belpahar and Berhampur-Gopalpur-Chhatrapur-Hinjilikot-Digapandi clusters in three districts-Sambalpur, Jharsuguda and Ganjam.
Currently, the Moo Bus service is available in many urban clusters
