Punjab police says the FIR was recorded following a grumbling stopped by the CISF, yet up to this point no capture has been presented in the defense
Punjab police on Friday enrolled a body of evidence against constable Kulwinder Kaur of the Focal Modern Security Power (CISF) regarding the occurrence where she supposedly slapped MP-choose and entertainer Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh air terminal.
The police said a FIR has been enrolled in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar region (Mohali) against the lady constable under Segments 323 (discipline for willfully causing hurt) and 341 (discipline for improper restriction) of the Indian Reformatory Code (IPC). Both are bailable offenses.
