Two people were captured on Saturday for sneaking mud from a water system tank at Somangalam town close to Arani town in Tiruvannamalai.
The captured people were recognized as S. Murugan, 37, and his accessory B. Vijayakumar, 24. The two of them are occupants in Seemur town close to Arani town. In light of a hint, an exceptional group had been watching Ariyapadi Kutt street on the edges of the town. The group attempted to stop Murugan who was driving a farm hauler stacked with sand, however they couldn't stop him as he attempted to hurry away.
