BMC issues notices to attach properties of DBS Reality Company over unpaid property taxes

The company is a major defaulter with outstanding dues amounting to ₹178.64 crore. BMC has issued attachment notices for 18 properties owned by the company in Chandivali, warning of auction proceedings if the dues are not cleared within 21 days. The properties include land parcels, residential and commercial buildings, and industrial plots.
