Counting of votes has started for every one of the 147 gathering bodies electorate and 21 Lok Sabha seats. Political race was directed in four stages in Odisha from May 13 to June. The races initiated with Stage 1 on May 13, Stage 2 on May 20, Stage 3 on May 25 and Stage 4 on June 1. In front of Lok Sabha races counting, CEC Rajiv Kumar on Monday said, "Postal voting form counting will begin first. After just 30 minutes, we will begin EVM counting. There is not even a shadow of a doubt."
