Occupants challenge moving the kid to the police headquarters; State Commission for Assurance of Kid Freedoms denounces activity against the kid

The Penamaluru police on Sunday enrolled an argument against a 12-year-old kid after a cricket ball hit a lady when youngsters were playing in a condo.

A police constable took the minor, an understudy of Class 7, to the police headquarters, where he was supposedly pounded in guardianship.

A body of evidence has been enrolled against the minor following a grievance that a cricket ball hit the neighbor of a similar condo situated at Tadigadapa in Krishna region," expressed CI of Penamaluru T.V.V. Rama Rao

The complainant, G. Padmaja, claimed that the kid hit her with a cricket ball. A case under Segment IPC 324 (Willfully causing hurt by hazardous weapons) has been enlisted against the kid," Mr. Rama Rao told The Hindu.

Director of Police Adnan Nayeem Asmi said a request would be led into the protest against the minor kid.

In the mean time, State Commission for Assurance of Youngster Privileges Director K. Appa Rao censured the activity against the minor kid.

The Commission will ask into the charges against the kid, and on why the minor was beaten in care," Mr. Appa Rao said.

In the mean time, occupants challenged the Penamaluru police moving the kid to the police headquarters.
